Become a Business customer
On this page you can apply to become a business customer at Biltema.
Applying to become a business customer is quick, and all you need to do is fill out an application form.
In the application form, you need to fill in the following information for us to process your application:
- Company ID number
- Company name
- Telephone number
- Visiting address
- Postal code
- Town
- Invoice address, with postal code and town.
Once the application form is completed, we recommend that you carefully review the terms and conditions of the Biltema Company Portal before e-signing. You can find the terms at the bottom of the application form.
Be aware of this before you start the application:
Assessment of application is done after analysis of several years of operation. It is therefore company policy that no credit is granted to companies that have existed for less than 3 years and the application will be rejected in that case.

Upon application approval
Once your application has been approved, you can log into our Company Portal using your Business MitID. We encourage the administrator to create authorized purchasers and issue a QR-code to the employees authorized to purchase. The QR-code will have to be presented in the warehouse upon purchase.
