  1. How does the Biltema Card work?
    <p>With the Biltema Card, you can buy goods when you want and pay when it suits you. The Biltema Card enables you to choose the payment option that suits you best! Our card makes it easier to buy products and then pay from the comfort of your home with a payment plan of your choice.   2. Information about credit notes
    <p>Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue (the date is stated on the front of the receipt). Lost or damaged credit notes are not replaced ('damage' refers to if the text on the receipt is illegible). Once the validity date has passed, the credit note ceases to be valid and cannot be extended.</p>
  3. What cards and currency can I pay with?
    <p>In our warehouses we accept Danish kroner and Euros (We accept all EUR notes, but not EUR 500 or EUR coins). You can use Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Maestro if you don&rsquo;t already have our advantageous Biltema card. You can also pay with MobilePay.</p>
  4. What do I do if I change my mind after purchasing or if I want to return the product?
    <p><strong>In-store purchases:</strong></p> <p>Promptly contact the Customer Service Department at your nearest store. <strong>NOTE!</strong> Don&rsquo;t forget to bring your till receipt. Our terms and conditions for exchanges and refunds are as follows:</p> <ul> <li>The product is unused, i.e. not destroyed or damaged.</li> <li>The original packaging is undamaged and the seal is not broken. Oils, chemicals, and other products without seals will not be refunded.</li> <li>A till receipt must be produced.</li> <li>Requests for a replacement product or refund must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.</li> <li>Discounted sale products cannot be refunded.</li> <li>Refunds will be made via the same means of payment as at the time of purchase (e.g. the same card, cash to cash, etc.)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Purchases made through Pay &amp; Collect at biltema.dk:</strong></p> <p>Full terms and conditions regarding right of withdrawal, cooling-off period, and claims relating to Pay &amp; Collect can be found <a href="/link/ae426951d77b41948b40de6c08f02ae4.aspx">here</a> under point 5.1</p>
  5. What warrantys are offered for Biltema products?
    <p>A number of products have a 3-, 4-, 5- or 10-year warranty, which is stated on the products by means of a special warranty symbol. The warranty period is calculated from the original date of purchase as shown on the till receipt. If a product breaks during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material fault, we will repair or replace the product.</p> <p>If we no longer stock the product in our range, Biltema will offer a suitable replacement as determined by Biltema. In other circumstances, we follow the rules and regulations stipulated by the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Biltema is not responsible for any loss to business activities. Your till receipt serves as a warranty certificate.</p>
  6. What should I consider when buying spare parts for vehicles?
    <p>Keep in mind that when buying spare parts for a vehicle, we may not stock all the alternatives for your particular car in our range. Before assembling, fitting or removing parts, it is important that you compare the new product with the one being replaced - before fitting and using the replacement part. If your car is a private import or a modified vehicle, it may deviate from our recommendations.</p> <p>Note that many products must be fitted by a professional mechanic. So do not fit something yourself unless you are sure of what to do and how to do it.</p>
  7. Do you ship goods between your warehouses?
    <p>No, we don't. The warehouses are not able to send goods from one warehouse to another.</p>
  8. Does Biltema have a price guarantee and price match?
    <p>At Biltema, we always strive to have the sharpest prices on the market. At the same time, we adjust our prices in relation to market trends at regular intervals.</p> <p>This means that it is not possible for us to price match our competitors' prices or price guarantee after purchasing an item.</p> <p>Likewise, we also do not offer price matching on prices relating to other brands sold within the range at Biltema (Bestway, for example).</p>
  9. Can I pay with MobilePay in the warehouse?
    <p>MobilePay is a payment option for physical purchases in the warehouses and in Biltema Caf&eacute;.</p> <p>You can also pay with MobilePay when you pay online via our Pay &amp; Collect service.</p>
  10. Can you bring a dog into the warehouse?
    <p>It is not permitted to bring dogs or pets into the warehouse. Service dogs and guide dogs are of course exempt from this rule and can accompany visually impaired people on their visits to the warehouse. You must be able to document the dog's status if asked by Biltema.</p>
